This sets out how Locahun 3D (hereinafter the “Service”)
handles personal information.

The Service collects the following information based on your voluntary provision.
We collect this information only when you enter it through the inquiry form or the estimate simulator. At present, the Service's website does not use cookies, user identifiers, or access-analysis tools. Should we introduce any in the future, we will revise this policy and clearly state what has been introduced.
The personal information we collect is used solely for the following purposes.
Except where you have given your consent or where required by law, we do not provide the personal information we collect to third parties.
Where outsourcing to an external party is unavoidable for carrying out our work (including website hosting, email send/receive infrastructure, accounting services, and the like), we select an appropriate contractor and require that contractor to handle personal information properly.
To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information we collect, we take reasonable security management measures, including the following.
The personal information protection manager is concurrently the business manager of the operating company (Kawaii World Industries Inc.).
We retain the personal information we collect only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and as a rule we delete or anonymize it within 4 years of collection. However, for projects that have led to a concluded contract, we continue to retain the information for the period during which related laws and regulations (tax law, accounting laws, etc.) require its retention.
If you request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of your own personal information, we will respond within a reasonable period after confirming your identity. Please direct such requests to the contact listed at the end of this policy.
At present, the Service's website does not perform user identification or tracking via cookies, nor third-party access analysis. Should we introduce access-analysis tools in the future to improve the Service, we will revise this policy and clearly state what has been introduced.
